This form is for Military Groups that are requesting Group Transportation (bus, limo, trolley, etc.) access to the USNA complex for an event (e.g. Honor Flights, Reunions, Tours, Weddings). At least one credentialed individual from your party must be aboard each vehicle. They are responsible for validating that each guest in the vehicle is listed on the submitted form and is suitable for access.

THIS FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED A MINIMUM OF TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.

To get started, follow these instructions in their entirety:

  • This form is an Excel spreadsheet and must be left in its original format.
  • All forms must be typed, handwritten forms are not accepted.
  • Incomplete forms cannot be processed.

Step 1 – Download and complete the Group Transportation Access Form from the link below.

Step 2 – Complete all the information fields.                                                                                       All driver and passenger names must be listed as stated on driver’s license.

Step 3 – Review the form for accuracy and completeness prior to submitting.

Step 4 – Email the completed form as an EXCEL attachment to: NABSDAccess@usna.edu. Please copy your NABSD Contact Person on this email.

An Access Team member will email you to inform you of your status, approved or denied, along with day of directions. Per Security, there is no expedited track for processing these forms.
