Club Membership
Members of the Naval Academy Club enjoy the time-honored tradition of a Military Officer’s Club and all its amenities – from fine dining, to a wonderful Club Bar, to beautifully appointed banquet rooms and a first class catering service. In addition, benefits including use of The Club at Greenbury Point and access to the Midshipmen Store make the Naval Academy Club Membership a “must have”!
Membership is open to all commissioned officers of all services and reservists, active and retired members of civilian faculty at USNA, service connected civilian personnel in graded ratings GS-7 (or equivalent) and above. Midshipmen Parents and Sponsors as well as Naval Academy Golf Association Members, Blue and Gold Officers, Navy League Members, USNA Museum Docents and USNA Tour Guides are also eligible for Club Membership. The wide variety of membership classes is designed to accommodate senior and junior members, retired members and other categories, each with an appropriate dues structure.

Dress Code Policy
To our members & guests, we appreciate and thank you for maintaining this standard of dress in the Club.
Authorized
- Military Uniform
- Appropriate Civilian Attire (business casual)
- Appropriate Jeans are permitted during Lunch and Dinner Service in the restaurant
Unauthorized
- No Athletic or Sports Wear
- No T-shirts, Halter or Tank Tops
- No Beach Shoes / Flip-Flops
Sunday Brunch
Above standards apply to include NO jeans, shorts or sneakers are permitted. A coat and tie are not required.
Management reserves the right to use discretion on any deviation to the dress standard.
When supporting Events on the Yard, Club Management reserves the right to relax the dinner dress code in THE ALLEY on evenings deemed appropriate for specific events.
Membership Eligibility: The following represents eligibility requirements for Naval Academy Club membership.
Category 1 – All Graduates of the United States Naval Academy.
Category 2 – All active duty military personnel of all services in the grade and rank of E-7 and above currently stationed at the United States Naval Academy or Naval Support Activity, Annapolis; and all active duty military personnel of all services in the grade and rank of E-7 and above residing in the local Baltimore Washington/Metropolitan area.
Category 3 – All retired military personnel of all services in the grade and rank of E-7 and above residing in the local Baltimore/Washington Metropolitan area.
Category 4 – All active and retired civilian members of the Naval Academy Faculty.
Category 5 – Civilian personnel in the graded rating of GS-07 and above for appropriated fund personnel and NF-4 and above for nonappropriated fund personnel employed by the United States Naval Academy or Naval Support Activity, Annapolis.
Category 6 – Retired civilian personnel of the United States Naval Academy or Naval Support Activity, Annapolis, both appropriated fund and nonappropriated fund personnel, who were members of the Naval Academy Club (or formerly the Naval Academy Officers’ and Faculty Club) upon retirement.
Category 7 – Designated employees of the Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation and the Naval Academy Athletic Association.
Category 8 – Spouses of deceased members of the Naval Academy Club (or formerly the Naval Academy Officers’ and Faculty Club) may retain Club membership.
Category 9 – Midshipmen First Class.
Category 10 – Personnel approved as active sponsors of Midshipmen under the Naval Academy Sponsor Program.
Category 11 – Others as approved by the Superintendent on a case-by-case basis when such membership is deemed in the best interest of the United States Naval Academy.
