Carved prime rib with horseradish and au jus, pineapple glazed ham, Chef’s special herb roasted leg of lamb with mint jelly, Mashed potatoes, green beans with peppers and onions, western scrambled eggs with cheese, home fries, bacon, sausage, shrimp and mushroom grits, sausage gravy, fresh baked biscuits, fresh made blueberry waffles, cheese blintzes, whole poached salmon, oysters on the half shell, fresh fruit, yogurt parfait, mixed greens salad, assorted cereals, Éclairs, muffins, Danishes and a dessert display. $27 for member and $29 non-member and $12.00 for children under 12
