Seating’s are 1000 and 1300. We will be serving carved prime rib with horseradish and au jus, pineapple glazed ham, Chef’s special herb roasted leg of lamb with mint jelly, mashed potatoes, green beans with pepper and onions, western scrambled eggs with cheese, home fries, bacon, shrimp and mushroom grits, sausage gravy, fresh baked biscuits, fresh made waffles, cheese blintzes, whole poached salmon, oysters on the half shell, fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits, mixed green salad, assorted cereals, Éclairs, muffins, Danishes and a vast dessert display $27.00 per person and $12.00 for children under 12
