Make your own beef sliders with cheese, lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions, condiments, BBQ pork sliders with cole slaw, oven roasted potatoes, baked beans, corn on the cob, salad bar, beer cheese soup, chili with onions and cheese and fresh baked rolls. $15 per person/$10 per child under 12.
Seatings are 1000 and 1230
We will be serving carved prime rib w/ horseradish and au jus, pineapple glazed ham, Chef’s special roast turkey with stuffing, rice pilaf, steamed green beans, omelet station, scrambled eggs with cheese, home fries, bacon, sausage, grits, beef gravy, fresh baked biscuits, fresh waffles, french toast, cured salmon, fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits, assorted cereals, Eclairs, muffins, danishes and dessert. $25 per person/$12 for children under 12.
